A creative producer & director with extensive experience in creating content for female athletes & audiences. 

Whilst working at BT Sport as a promo producer, she found a passion for the Women’s Super League, and upon BT losing the rights made the decision to pursue a career within the women’s game. 

Jen joined Chelsea FC in 2021 as women’s team creative producer, leading on all video output including features, documentaries, partner series’ & social content. 

Projects of interest include The Pride series, the Nothing Stops Us documentary series & Meme Girls.

It’s at Chelsea that Jen and Laura met, and with a joint passion for creating show stopping women’s sport content, Rising Doe was born.
